What discipline do you select?

Hi everyone! I hope this type of post is ok here. I’m getting ready to job search for the first time in several years. I have a bachelors of science in health information management. I’ve worked in support at a health IT company for the last 8.5 years, and I’m looking to move out of the support department. Many of the job applications have you select your Degree (bachelors) and then discipline. HIM is usually not on that list, so I’m wondering what others select here. Some options from the list are: Applied Health Services Discipline Unknown General Studies Health Services Information Systems Science Other I worry for job descriptions that look for specific backgrounds (ex: degree in business, IT, marketing, finance, or business related field. ) would automatically exclude me from the applicant pool if the discipline I select is something like “Other”.
