I have a doctor that has to do some in office appointments can not do Telemed for everything. He wishes to have all the patients that are coming in office to do a Pre-Screen Covid Survey. Yes and No answers. EHR can not implement this. We can send out a link to an online survey to those that get the 48h reminder text. Looked into survey monkey and created the screen test easily. Thing is that in order to be HIPAA compliant they require the Enterprise Package. Besides being overkill for a one doctor operation I am assuming cost will be prohibitive to. Has anyone else needed to implement online covid screening and how did you stay HIPAA compliant?
