My friend is declining and I hope to find an expert who knows about interoperability for healthcare

Hi there! I have a friend in San Francisco who has two chronic health conditions, and they are declining rapidly. They could live a week, or could live for months. They have Lyme Disease and Multiple Sclerosis, and despite the care teams at UCSF and Stanford Medical Centers, so much is missing from the picture. This appears to be global problem, and having worked in the tech industry myself, and done super basic, yet powerful integrations, I suspect there’s individuals who could help tie together, and surface such data. As I read on a reddit post tonight around the needs for interoperability in healthcare, someone said “systems & devices exchange the information from other devices without any effort from the user.” This is exactly what this individual needs to survive.
