Itamar acquires Spry Health to expand sleep apnoea diagnostics

Itamar Medical a medical device and digital health company focussed on the integration of sleep apnoea management into the cardiac patient care pathway, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire technology and assets of Spry Health.
