Is there an EHR called “Pen + Paper” or is someone messing with me?

Hello! I am a student who has been given an assignment to research and present on an assigned electronic health record system. My instructor assigned our group “Pen + Paper”. Now I don’t know if she is playing some kind of prank or what, but all I can find in 15 minutes of searching using different keywords etc, are articles about EHR vs LITERAL old-school paper charting. Is there an EHR called Pen + Paper or is my instructor just being “cute”?? She always says that “business is all about finding your own answers” so this is probably some hopefully well-intentioned trick to get us to think outside the box. Help?? Thanks in advance!!
